From My Window 22.09.2019
From my window today, I saw a swarm of dragonflies. Calling them a swarm seems a bit cruel because I've always found a peculiar kind of beauty in dragonflies. They're the gawky adolescent girls of the insect kingdom. And naturally, because my mind follows a train of thought that is coherent yet not entirely sensible, I started to think about dragons. A half-an-hour later, after concluding that dragons don't have a place in the story I'm writing at the present, I glanced at a few pictures of Saphira on DeviantArt, mourned over the masterpiece that the Eragon movies could have been but weren't, and went back to studying.
